Fernando Torres is on a close range of going to monaco, the deal is yet to completed as the two clubs are still in a talking terms with each, they are all in the stage of bargain.
The big spending municipal side are believed to have turned their
attention to securing Torres following the departure of James Rodriguez
to Real Madrid. Monaco are looking to strengthen the squad ahead of next
season domestic and continental challenge.
Apart from Monaco, Torres former club, Atletico Madrid are also
interested in signing the forward, however, the player’s wage demands
could make any potential return to Spain difficult.
Also, the La Liga champions are offering Chelsea £15 million for the
forward, the London side are reportedly demanding a £20 million fee from
for the player, and Monaco are believed to be willing to meet that fee.
Chelsea paid Liverpool £50 million to secure the services of Torres
in 2011, however, the forward has struggled for form since making the
